We understand that unexpected situations arise. To ensure fair scheduling for all clients, please review our cancellation policy:

24-hour notice required: If you need to cancel or reschedule.
Late cancellations (within 24 hours) and no-shows will be charged $50 to cover the reserved time.
If you're unwell or have an emergency, let us know as soon as possible, the fee may be waived upon consideration.

***Direct Billing Information***

We offer direct billing for most insurance companies, but coverage varies. Clients are responsible for any unpaid amounts and for checking if a doctor's note is required. For details, please contact your provider.

Depending on the appointments scheduled ahead of yours, your session may begin up to 15 minutes later than the booked time. We make every effort to stay on schedule and greatly appreciate your patience and understanding should a short delay occur.
