Booking for someone else: You must leave their Full Name, Date of Birth, and Phone Number in the comments to avoid medical record and insurance errors.
Cancellations & No-Shows: Provide at least 24 hours' notice to cancel or reschedule. Late cancellations or no-shows face a $50 fee (waivable for emergencies or illness).
Direct Billing: We bill most insurance companies directly, but coverage varies. You are responsible for unpaid balances and confirming if your provider requires a doctor's note.
