Acupuncture Duration: Acupuncture is charged per session, not by duration. The displayed duration is time for booking system. Actual treatment typically lasts 30-60 minutes.
Cancellations & No-Shows: Provide at least 24 hours' notice to cancel or reschedule. Late cancellations or no-shows face a $50 fee (waivable for emergencies or illness).
Late Arrivals: Your treatment may still end at the scheduled time, and the full appointment fee applies regardless of the actual duration.
Direct Billing: We bill most insurance companies directly, but coverage varies. You are responsible for unpaid balances and confirming if your provider requires a doctor's note.
Potential Delays: Your session may start up to 15 minutes late depending on prior appointments. Thank you for your patience.
