***Cancellation & No-Show Policy***

We understand that unexpected situations arise. To ensure fair scheduling for all clients, please review our cancellation policy:

  • 24-hour notice required: If you need to cancel or reschedule.
  • Late cancellations (within 24 hours) and no-shows will be charged $50 to cover the reserved time. 
  • If you're unwell or have an emergency, let us know as soon as possible, the fee may be reduced to $40 upon consideration.

***Direct Billing Information***

We offer direct billing for most insurance companies, but coverage varies. Clients are responsible for any unpaid amounts and for checking if a doctor's note is required. For details, please contact your provider.
